Dr. Ray Wilkins has served as Senior Pastor at LBC since 2001. He is a native of Campbell, CA., joined the Army in 1986, and served four and a half years as a Paratrooper at Ft. Benning, GA and Ft. Kobbe, Panama. He is a veteran of Operation Just Cause and Desert Storm. After leaving the Army he accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior in 1991. Shortly thereafter he surrendered to full-time ministry while attending Meridian Baptist Church in Jackson, TN. He is a graduate of Union University in Jackson, TN and attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, TX where he completed a Masters and a PhD in Systematic Theology. He is married to Christie Wilkins from Scotts Hill, TN and they have four children. He also serves as the Director of the Doctor of Ministry Program at B. H. Austin Daniel joined Lebanon Baptist Church as Associate Pastor of Music in July of 2024. Austin grew up in Rusk, Texas and God graciously made His salvation known to him through the guidance of his parents and the preaching and teaching he heard at First Baptist Church, Rusk. He made a public profession of faith in Jesus as Lord at the age of 10 and was baptized. He was ordained to ministry at FBC Clifton in 2010. He has a Bachelor of Music Composition from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, a Master of Music in Church Music from Baylor University and a Master of Theological Studies degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
